SPECIAL INVESTMENT AND WITHDRAWAL PLANS. GT shall process transactions of Shareholders participating in any special investment and/or withdrawal plans or programs established by the Fund or the Distributor with respect to Shares, such as automatic investment plans, systematic withdrawal plans and dollar cost averaging investing programs, in accordance with the terms of such plans or programs as provided to GT the Fund or the Distributor.
