Special Leave Committee. All requests for qualifying teachers for an unpaid special leave of absence, shall be considered by the teacher’s submission of application in writing to the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. The Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources shall consult with the building principal and Association. All decisions shall be binding and specifically excluded from the grievance process.
