Special Merit Awards. A. The Borough may grant Employees a special monetary award in accordance with the provisions as outlined in the Borough’s Merit Pay Policy, FNSB 65.19. B. ASEA will be provided with a list of awards (names and amounts) after the awards are distributed to the Employees on a semi-annual basis.
