Common use of Special Programs and Interventions Clause in Contracts

Special Programs and Interventions. Those students not reading at grade level or computing grade level mathematics will be identified and receive a variety of services including but not limited to special education, Title I, Response to Intervention, tutoring, and/or they may attend school during an extended session. In order to comply with state and federal regulations and meet student needs, CTEA will administer assessment to admit students into all special programs. Students deemed at risk will be screened and monitored using the Response to Intervention model and the appropriate interventions will be implemented as needed.
