Special Salary Adjustments. A. Deep Classes - Range C Salaries 1. The following classes shall have Range C increased by 4.76% at the minimum of the salary range and increased by 4.78% at the maximum of the salary range. All employees in Range C shall be entitled to the 5% increase up to the maximum of the salary range. The increase shall be calculated by multiplying the employee’s salary rate by 5% and rounding to the nearest dollar. Employees shall retain their salary anniversary date. C $3,718-4,516 $3,895-4,732 2. New deep classifications established as a result of these negotiations which result in creation of a new Range C shall have a salary rate of $3895 – $4,732. 3. The new salary range provided for by this subsection shall be in addition to general salary increases otherwise provided for by the terms of this memorandum of understanding. The special salary adjustment shall be implemented prior to posting the 4% general salary increase.
