SPECIAL STIPULATION. (a) the Aurora Theatre acknowledges that its Co-Founders Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Xxx-Xxxxx Xxxxx play a special role in the success and reputation of the organization. Should either or both of the Co-Founders leave the Aurora Theatre, the City shall have the right to terminate this Lease Agreement upon six (6) months notice to the Aurora Theatre.
SPECIAL STIPULATION. 2.1 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES PET POLICY ☐PET FEE-- Pets may be permitted on the premises only with written permission of the Lessor (Pet Addendum), and such permission may be withdrawn at any time if the animal(s) become a nuisance. Nuisance shall be in the sole and exclusive reasonable judgment of Xxxxxx. An additional non-refundable Pet Fee of minimum of $ per pet will be required.
