Special Supply Arrangements. The HSE reserves the right to negotiate special arrangements for supply to the HSE, State funded hospitals and State agencies whose functions normally include the supply of medicines, with individual manufacturers or agents, designed to secure more favourable terms than those referred to in Clause 7.1 above.
