Specification of Materials. Unless required by this Agreement or otherwise authorised in writing by the Employer, the Contractor will not select or recommend the use of materials for the Project other than in accordance with the guidelines contained in the edition of 'Good Practice in the Selection of Construction Materials' (British Council for Offices) current at the date of this Agreement.
