Common use of SPECIFICATION OF SERVICES Clause in Contracts

SPECIFICATION OF SERVICES. A. During the Term Contractor shall perform the Services (collectively, ”Contractor Services”) as described in its response to the Request for Proposal and set forth in more detail in Exhibit A, attached hereto. Such Services consist of processing collection samples and reporting test results to the Department of Public Health, to Comptroller and other stakeholders, as directed.

SPECIFICATION OF SERVICES. A. During the Term Contractor contractor shall perform the Services (collectively, ”Contractor Services”) as described in its response to the Request for Proposal and set forth in more detail in Exhibit A, attached hereto. Such Services consist of setting up sample collection sites or facilities, storing and transporting of test samples from collection sites to Contractor’s facilities, processing collection samples and reporting test results to the Department of Public Health, to Comptroller and other stakeholders, as directeddirected and as permitted by state and federal rules and regulations.
