SPECIFICATION OF THE GOODS. 4.1 All Goods sold by the Supplier to the Buyer pursuant to this Agreement shall conform in all respects to the Specification; and the Buyer shall be entitled to reject any quantity of the Goods which is not in accordance with the Specification, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of Clause 6.

The Company will, at its sole option, replace or refund the price of any Goods which do not comply with the Specification.
