Speedway Oversight Committee. The Speedway Oversight Committee will consist of the Fairgrounds Executive Director, the Chair of the Fair Board, and the Metropolitan Director of Finance or its designee. The Speedway Oversight Committee will represent the interests of Metropolitan Government and the Fair Board throughout the design, development and construction process.
