Common use of Sponsor Attendance Clause in Contracts

Sponsor Attendance. Institution and Investigator shall permit Sponsor to attend any such inspection unless prohibited by Applicable Law or the competent governmental or regulatory authority. If any proposed correspondence from Institution and/or Investigator to a governmental or regulatory authority relates directly or indirectly to Institution’s and/or Investigator’s activities under this Agreement, Sponsor will have the right to review such correspondence and request reasonable revisions thereto.
