Sponsor Insurance. Sponsor agrees to maintain a policy or program of insurance or self-insurance at levels sufficient to support its obligations assumed herein. Sponsor shall provide a certificate of insurance evidencing such coverage upon written request by the Institution.
Sponsor Insurance. Sponsor, to the extent required by law, shall maintain in full force and effect throughout the performance of the Study sufficient insurance to cover the relevant liability of the Sponsor for any damage suffered by the Study subjects as a result of their participation in the Study. Proof of insurance shall be provided upon request. 15.1
Sponsor Insurance. During the Term of this Agreement, Xxxxxxx agrees to carry worker’s compensation and employer’s liability insurance, in such amounts as may be required by law, for any personnel Sponsor may utilize for the delivery, installation, maintenance, repair and removal of the Product.
Sponsor Insurance. Sponsor has obtained, or will obtain prior to the start of the Trial, the clinical trial insurance required by Applicable Law and will provide Institution or Investigator with evidence of such insurance upon request by Institution or Investigator. 14.5
Sponsor Insurance. 8.2 Poistenie zadávateľa Sponsor has procured, and will maintain for the duration of the Study, a policy of insurance in accordance with applicable laws of Slovak Republic that is sufficient to meet is obligations for the Study, which includes comprehensive general liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 annual aggregate and clinical trial liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 annual aggregate. Upon written request, Sponsor will provide Site with a certificate of insurance. Zadávateľ si zaobstaral a počas celého trvania skúšania bude udržiavať komplexné poistenie všeobecnej zodpovednosti za škodu podľa platných poistných podmienok a v súlade s platnou legislatívou Slovenskej republiky dostatočnými na splnenie povinností pre toto skúšania s minimálnym limitom 1 000 000 USD na jednu poistnú udalosť a 3 000 000 USD úhrnom za rok, a poistenie zodpovednosti za škodu spôsobenú pri vykonávaní klinického skúšania s minimálnym limitom 1 000 000 USD na jednu poistnú udalosť a 3 000 000 USD úhrnom za rok. Na základe písomnej požiadavky Zadávateľ poskytne Zdravotníckemu zariadeniu poistný certifikát.
Sponsor Insurance. Sponsor shall, at its sole cost and expense, procure and maintain product/completed operations liability insurance coverage as required by law in the country where the Study is conducted if local admitted insurance is required. Where no local admitted insurance is required the following shall apply: Sponsor shall, at its sole cost and expense, procure and maintain product/completed operations liability insurance coverage in amounts of five million ($5,000,000) dollars each and every loss and in the aggregate for the period of insurance which names the HCRI Indemnitees as additional isureds. Such product/completed operations liability insurance shall include coverage for (i) clinical trials liability, and (ii) contractual liability. If Sponsor elects to self-insure all or part of the limits described above (including deductibles or retentions which are in excess of two hundred fifty thousand ($250,000) dollars annual aggregate) such self-insurance program must be acceptable to HCRI and HCRI’s insurance carrier. Such product/completed liability coverage will be maintained for three (3) years after the conclusion of the Study. The minimum amounts of insurance coverage required under this Section shall not be construed to create a limit of Sponsor’s liability with respect to its indemnification under the preceding Section of this Agreement.
Sponsor Insurance. Sponsor shall, at its own cost and expense, obtain and thereafter maintain in full force and effect, and with properly licensed and financially secure insurers (AM Best rating of A-XV in the United States and reasonably equivalent in countries outside the United States) the following insurance during the term of this Agreement and for a period of not less than three (3) years following termination of this Agreement: National security insurance as required by law and Employers liability insurance with limits of *** per occurrence and *** in the aggregate. Products Liability or Clinical Trial Insurance combined with Public Insurance with a minimum limit of *** per occurrence and *** in the aggregate. Each Party agrees to provide the other upon request, with an insurance certificate prior to commencement of any study.
Sponsor Insurance. Sponsor shall maintain, at its sole expense, such policies of general liability, professional liability and other insurance of the types and in the amounts customarily carried by health maintenance organizations. Upon ESI's request, Sponsor shall provide certificates evidencing such insurance coverage.
Sponsor Insurance. Xxxxxx Clinical confirms that Sponsor has obtained or will obtain prior to commencement of the Study, appropriate insurance with respect to the Study as required by applicable laws or regulations.
