Sponsor’s Receivables Systems. The Sponsor will xxxx its receivables systems to indicate that each Receivable is owned by the Depositor or its assignee on the Closing Date and will not change the indication until the Receivable has been paid in full by the Obligor or repurchased by the Sponsor or the Depositor or purchased or sold by the Servicer under a Transaction Document.
