SPORTS COMPLEX STADIUM BALL FIELD LIGHTING RETROFIT. (FIM 2) Project Scope This FIM addresses the replacement of the remaining (169) 1500-watt lamps and ballast providing ball field lighting to the Charlotte County Sports Complex Stadium with (107) 1500-watt green lighting technology. The new lighting fixtures will be equipped with lighting controls that will provide the capability of diagnostics and scheduling. The manufacturer and installer provides a 15 year warranty in parts and labor and guarantees the 100 / 70 lighting levels for 15 years. On visual inspection all equipment power and poles are in good condition. Any upgrades to existing underground conduit or pole replacements are excluded as well as any code upgrades. All new work directly associated with this FIM will be in accordance with applicable codes, specifications, and standards. However, the intent is not to correct or address code,specification, or standard deficiencies inherent in existing equipment, fixtures, or installations, which are consideredoutside the scope of this FIM.

  • Two-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.4.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use Two-Way Interconnection Trunks for the exchange of traffic between Verizon and VarTec, VarTec shall order from Verizon, and Verizon shall provide, the Two-Way Interconnection Trunks and the Entrance Facility, on which such Trunks will ride, and transport and multiplexing, in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Verizon’s applicable Tariffs.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

  • PROPANE GAS SYSTEM SERVICE AREA If the Property is located in a propane gas system service area owned by a distribution system retailer, Seller must give Buyer written notice as required by §141.010, Texas Utilities Code. The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.
