Sports Facilities a. Licensee agrees to provide Licensor with a complete group itinerary no later than October 1, 2024. b. Upon receipt of such itinerary, but no later than the first day of the Event, Licensor will provide Licensee with a schedule of use for the Sports Facilities. c. Should Licensee require additional Sports Facilities, Licensee will incur Additional Charges (as hereinafter defined).

Sports Facilities. Licensee agrees to provide Licensor with a complete group itinerary no later than the date set forth in the applicable Addendum. The itinerary is to include the following: arrival and departure times, and requested meal times, field lining specifications, field training times and any additional group requirements. Upon receipt of such itinerary, but no later than the first day of the Event, Licensor will provide Licensee with a schedule of use for the Sports Facilities. Should Licensee require additional Sports Facilities than that set forth in the applicable Addendum, Licensee will incur additional charges. Licensee will incur a charge of $100.00 per hour for lighting to be utilized on any field. Licensor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (i) make all final decisions regarding the use of any Sports Facilities; and (ii) decide to perform maintenance on any such Sports Facilities, including, but not limited to, such maintenance performed as a result of inclement weather. Should any Sports Facilities be deemed unplayable by Licensor, Licensee may request field drying services (“Drying Services”) through Licensor. In the event Licensee requests Drying Services, Licensor shall provide Licensee with an estimate of costs associated with field drying materials, labor and equipment used to reestablish field readiness. Should Licensor and Licensee agree to proceed with Drying Services, Licensee shall bear the full cost thereof. For the avoidance of doubt, following the completion of such Drying Services, (i) Licensor reserves the right to make any final decisions regarding the use of any Sports Facility pursuant to this Section 5(c), and (ii) all costs charged for Drying Services are non-refundable.
Sports Facilities. The cover includes the Insured’s civil liability for owning and/or managing sports facilities in general, sports equipment and games that are accessory and complementary, and not predominant, to the main activity, including a swimming pool and a football field without a stand normally used by persons inside the Institute and/or students;

Sports Facilities. The right for ex-employees of CEGB and PowerGen (upon reasonable proof of identity and status) who are members of the sports and social club, to use the sports ground and sports and social facilities situated on the Demised Premises at all reasonable times in accordance with the normal hours of use thereof and in compliance with the rules and regulations from time to time of the sports and social club.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • New Facilities For all new Generating Facilities to be interconnected pursuant to the Tariff, other than wind- powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities, the Generation Interconnection Customer shall design its Customer Facility to maintain a composite power delivery at continuous rated power output at a power factor of at least 0.95 leading to 0.90 lagging. For all new wind- powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities the Generation Interconnection Customer shall design its Customer Facility with the ability to maintain a composite power delivery at a power factor of at least 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging across the full range of continuous rated power output. For all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue on or after November 1, 2016, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the high-side of the facility substation transformers. This power factor range standard shall be dynamic and can be met using, for example, power electronics designed to supply this level of reactive capability (taking into account any limitations due to voltage level, real power output, etc.) or fixed and switched capacitors, or a combination of the two. For all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue on or after May 1, 2015, and before November 1, 2016, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the generator’s terminals. For new generation resources of more than 20 MW, other than wind- powered and other non-synchronous Generating Facilities, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the generator’s terminals. For new generation resources of 20 MW or less, and all wind-powered and other non-synchronous generation facilities entering the New Service Queue prior to May 1, 2015, the power factor requirement shall be measured at the Point of Interconnection. Any different reactive power design criteria that Transmission Provider determines to be appropriate for a wind-powered or other non-synchronous generation facility shall be stated in the Interconnection Service Agreement. A Transmission Interconnection Customer interconnecting Merchant D.C. Transmission Facilities and/ or Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities shall design its Customer Facility to maintain a power factor at the Point of Interconnection of at least 0.95 leading and 0.95 lagging, when the Customer Facility is operating at any level within its approved operating range.

  • Existing Facilities Each of the Existing Facilities shall be repaid in full and terminated and all collateral security therefor shall be released, and the Administrative Agent shall have received pay-off letters in form and substance satisfactory to it evidencing such repayment, termination and release.

Buyer will maintain at its own expense facilities from the delivery point to the point of use and the burners and equipment for using gas, and Buyer will at all times keep gas-using equipment on said premises in a condition conforming with such reasonable rules and regulations as may be prescribed therefore by regulatory authority having jurisdiction thereover and with the requirements of any valid law thereto appertaining. In the event that rules are not prescribed by a regulatory authority, Buyer will abide by codes as used in the gas industry. 2. Seller shall not approve sale of gas on an interruptible basis to Buyer until and unless Seller is satisfied that Buyer has, or will, install adequate stand-by facilities to meet its full fuel requirements during periods of sustained interruptions. 3. Seller shall not approve sales of gas to Buyer unless Seller is satisfied that Buyer has not, or will not interconnect downstream fuel piping of natural gas for use in different priority-of• service categories.

  • Facilities Keep all properties useful or necessary to Borrower's business in good repair and condition, and from time to time make necessary repairs, renewals and replacements thereto so that such properties shall be fully and efficiently preserved and maintained.
