Spousal Hires. 1. Consideration of spousal hiring issues should occur only at the initiative of the selected candidate for recruitment or retention and with the approval of the Xxxx(s) of the affected college(s) and Xxxxxxx, and notice to the BGSU-FA President, or designee. 2.
