STAFF MEMBER RIGHTS. All members of the Defined Unit shall have the right to form, join, or assist professional staff members' organizations, and to participate in professional negotiations with the School Board through representatives of their own choosing. Members of the defined unit shall have the right to refrain from any or all such activity, and membership shall not be a prerequisite for employment or continuation of employment of any staff member.
