Common use of STAFF OR EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

STAFF OR EMPLOYEES. 4.1. Contractor will conduct the Services only through her Customer support Team, further referred to as “Contractor’s Team”, based on an organogram, hereby attached as annex 4. Contractor shall only utilize these staff or employees to assist in the provision of the Services, as these individuals are hereby approved and agreed to by Xxxxxxx.
