Standard and Poors. If required, Shiprock shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to apply for listing in the Corporate Records published by Standard & Poor’s or the Mergent Manuals and News Reports published by Mergent, Inc.
Standard and Poors. Upon consummation of the Closing, to the extent required or otherwise deemed advisable by the Majority Parties, Accessity shall apply for listing with Standard and Poors Information Service and Blue Sky filings.
