STANDARD OF PRACTICE. The Specialist agrees at all times during the term of this Agreement that the Specialist shall act in accordance with area and industry standards (including the standard of care prevalent in the community) of the Dental Services practiced, in accordance with the rules and regulations of the State of CA and all state, local, and professional regulatory agencies, and in accordance with the canons of ethics of the American Dental Association and the CA Dental Association. The Specialist shall present himself to the Practice staff and patients in the most professional and favorable manner as possible. The Specialitst, therefore, shall wear clothing appropriate and consistent with the dental profession and shall maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and appearance.

STANDARD OF PRACTICE. Physician agrees to conduct Physician’s practice in accordance with recognized standards in the health care community, and to ensure that health care services are provided in accordance with CDA’s objectives of comprehensive, quality care, cost containment and effective utilization of inpatient, ambulatory, and emergency services. Physician shall render Covered Services to Covered Persons in the same manner, in accordance with the same standards and within the same time availability as Physician offers other patients. Physician shall not in any way discriminate or differentiate between Payor’s Covered Persons and Physician’s other patients.
STANDARD OF PRACTICE. Physician agrees to conduct his/her practice in accordance with the recognized standard of care in the health care community in which CCPA operates; and ensure that health care services are provided in accordance with CCPA's objectives of comprehensive, quality care, quality service, cost containment, and effective utilization of inpatient, ambulatory, and emergency services.
STANDARD OF PRACTICE. HCP agrees to conduct his/her practice in accordance with recognized standards in the health care community, and to ensure that health care services are provided in accordance with MPP’s objectives of comprehensive, quality care, cost containment, and effective utilization of inpatient, ambulatory, and emergency services. HCP agrees to provide Covered Services to Covered Persons in a dignified and nondiscriminatory manner consistent with the treatment HCP provides to his/her patients who are not Covered Persons under this Agreement.
