Common use of Standard Plasmid Transfer Agreement Clause in Contracts

Standard Plasmid Transfer Agreement. In order for a Recipient Scientist to receive Plasmids, including Depositor Material, such Recipient Institution shall execute the Standard Plasmid Transfer Agreement, attached as Exhibit B. Unless the Recipient Institution elects the expedited process set forth in Section 4.3, the Recipient Institution must execute a Standard Plasmid Transfer Agreement for each order of Plasmids placed by a Recipient Scientist from such Recipient Institution.
