State Certification. CLEC has received state certification to provide local voice service in the area being served or, in the absence of a state certification requirement, has complied with registration, tariffing, filing fee, or other regulatory requirements applicable to the provision of local voice service in that area.

State Certification. Customer warrants that in all jurisdictions in which it provides long distance services that require certification, it has obtained the necessary certification from the appropriate governmental authority and, if requested by MCI WorldCom, agrees to provide proof of such certification acceptable to MCI WorldCom. In the event Customer is prohibited, either on a temporary or permanent basis, from continuing to conduct its telecommunications operations in a given jurisdiction, Customer shall (i) immediately notify MCI WorldCom by facsimile, (ii) send written notice to MCI WorldCom within twenty-four (24) hours of such prohibition, and (iii) take immediate steps to suspend or discontinue its use of Switched Services in such jurisdiction.

State Certification. The parties recognize and acknowledge that the Saint Xxxx Food Manager’s Certification (or a State of Minnesota Certification if regulation changes) is a requirement for holding a position in the Nutrition Services Food Quality Control Specialist, Nutrition Center Supervisor, Catering Coordinator and Nutrition Services Coordinator titles covered by this Agreement, and will be a requirement prospectively for new appointees as well. Food Quality Control Specialist, Nutrition Center Supervisor, Catering Coordinator and Nutrition Services Coordinator employees who fail to hold and/or renew certification will be placed on non-paid leave of absence for a period of up to sixty (60) days for the purpose of obtaining proper certification. Failure to be properly certified within that period will be cause for termination. The District shall reimburse employees in these titles for the following costs associated with maintaining certification: ▪ Course fee and study guide (one time only) ▪ Test fee (one time only) ▪ Up to ten (10) hours of paid time to take course and test ▪ Renewal fees ▪ Up to four (4) hours of paid time for renewal of certification ▪ Fee(s) to take renewal courses/credits will be paid by the District, if renewal credits/courses are not offered by the District

State Certification. 26.1 Employees required to maintain a state certification as a condition of continued employment will receive mileage and per diem in accordance with University policy and Article 23, when required to travel on official University business.
