Common use of Statement of Dayrates Clause in Contracts

Statement of Dayrates. Holdings shall disclose dayrates under the Drilling Contract in the Fleet Status Report at least quarterly.

Holdings shall disclose dayrates under the Drilling Contract Contracts in the Fleet Status Report at least quarterlyquarterly to the extent permitted by such Drilling Contracts. To the extent a dayrate of any Drilling Contract was not publicly disclosed in a Fleet Status Report, the Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the consent of the applicable third party to disclose such dayrate to the Trustee.
