Common use of STATEMENT OF ELIGIBILITY Clause in Contracts

STATEMENT OF ELIGIBILITY. The secretary or his designee has determined that the application, submitted by the Participant to the Department on March 23, 2023, is complete, and that the Participant is eligible to enter into this Agreement in accordance with Section 74-4G-5 NMSA 1978 and 20.6.3.200.A NMAC.

STATEMENT OF ELIGIBILITY. The secretary or his designee has determined that the application, consisting of materials submitted by the Participant to the Department on March 23April 3, 20232023 and April 7, 2023 is complete, and that the Participant is eligible to enter into this Agreement in accordance with Section 74-4G-5 NMSA 1978 and 20.6.3.200.A NMAC.
