Common use of Statements of Usability Clause in Contracts

Statements of Usability. Initial and ongoing Planning Review Technical Audits described in (i) and (ii) above shall include statements about data usability relative to the Contract data quality objectives and any data quality indicators that may be specified in the Contract, its exhibits, the QA Plan (see Section 6), or these QA Requirements. This usability determination shall take into account all applicable data quality acceptance and usability criteria for quality control and environmental sample results for the Contract, as specified in the procedures, test methods, QA Plan, Quality Manual(s), other Contract exhibits, or these QA Requirements.
