Status - Student Generation Rate. School Impact Fee Study Update Xx. Xxxxxxxx gave the status of the Student Generation Rate/School Impact Fee (SGR/SIF) Study Update and said that School District staff is working with the Consultants regarding revisions to the Study Update and using the address matching methodology. He said that the Oversight Committee had requested that a sample of mid-rise and high-rise units be taken and the student generation rates determined from those samples. Additionally, results of the samples will be presented at the June 15, 2011 Oversight Committee meeting. Xx. Xxxxxxxx said that the Consultants advised that the Study Update would take approximately six weeks to complete. He said that the same process would be followed regarding the results of the Study Update and the process should be concluded by the end of the year.

Status - Student Generation Rate. School Impact Fee Study Xx. Xxxxxxxx gave an update on the Student Generation Rate/School Impact Fee Study (Final Update Study), and that the BCPS is expecting to receive the Final Update Study on June 11, 2024. Xx. Xxxxxxxx outlined the timeline and the next steps regarding the Update Study, including the presentation of the Final Update Study to the School Board on July 23, 2024, and subsequent adoption and transmission of the School Board’s recommendation to the Broward County Commission. Upon additional brief discussions on this topic, the SWG requested that the Final Update Study should be provided to the SWG members upon it completion and availability.

  • Using Student feedback in Educator Evaluation ESE will provide model contract language, direction and guidance on using student feedback in Educator Evaluation by June 30, 2013.   • Professional Development; Adverse Consequences of School Exclusion; Student Behavior The Board President or Superintendent, or their designees, will make reasonable efforts to provide ongoing professional development to Board members about the adverse consequences of school exclusion and justice-system involvement, effective classroom management strategies, culturally responsive discipline, appropriate and available supportive services for the promotion of student attendance and engagement, and developmentally appropriate disciplinary methods that promote positive and healthy school climates, i.e., Senate Bill 100 training topics. Board Self-Evaluation The Board will conduct periodic self-evaluations with the goal of continuous improvement. New Board Member Orientation The orientation process for newly elected or appointed Board members includes:

  • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is a NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASPP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram, , the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”), and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by LEA pursuant to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.
