Statutory Authorization. This Agreement is made pursuant to and in accordance with SB 1882, which allows school districts to partner with either an open-enrollment charter school or other eligible entity to operate a district campus, including an in-district charter as in this Agreement.

Statutory Authorization. The following flood damage regulations are adopted pursuant to powers delegated to municipalities in Act 283 of 1975, S. C. Code 1976, § 5-7-30, to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the town.
