STATUTORY HOLIDAYS AND FLOATING HOLIDAYS. 39.1 The following days are recognized by Xxxxx Power as statutory holidays: 39.1.1 When Canada Day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it shall be observed on the following Monday. 39.1.2 When Christmas falls on a Friday and Boxing Day on Saturday, a half-holiday will be granted on the preceding Thursday.
