STATUTORY PROVISION. IT IS AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES THAT ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT REQUIRING LEGISLATIVE ACTION TO PERMIT ITS IMPLEMENTATION BY AMENDMENT OF LAW OR BY PROVIDING THE ADDITIONAL FUNDS THEREFORE SHALL NOT BECOME EFFECTIVE UNTIL THE APPROPRIATE LEGISLATIVE BODY HAS GIVEN APPROVAL.
STATUTORY PROVISION. This deed is made pursuant to the provisions of sections 106 and 106A of the TCPA 1990, section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972, section 1 of the Localism Act 2011 and section 278 and 38 of the 1980 Act and any other enabling powers.
STATUTORY PROVISION. Reference to a statutory provision (including for the avoidance of doubt a reference to an FCA rule) includes a reference to the same as modified, re-enacted or both from time to time after the date of this Agreement and any subordinate legislation made under the same after the date of this Agreement.
STATUTORY PROVISION. Any statutory reference in this Agreement shall include a reference to any successor to such statute and/or revision thereof.
STATUTORY PROVISION. 2.1 The provisions of this Agreement are in accordance with the right to paid time off (‘facility time’) for representatives of recognised trade unions in the Trade Union & Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act (TULCRA) 1992, the relevant amendments made by the Employment Act 2002 and Appendix III of the Conditions of Service for School Teachers in England and Wales (‘Burgundy Book’( (August 2000). It is also based on recommendations within the ‘ACAS Code of Practice 3: Time off for trade union duties and activities’ (last published January 2010).
STATUTORY PROVISION. The parties acknowledge that this bargaining unit is a security employees’ unit under Illinois Public Labor Relations Act (5 ILCS 315), and that the employees of this bargaining unit are prohibited by law from striking.
