STEWARDS AND BULLETIN BOARDS. The Hospital recognizes the right of the Union and its Union Representative to designate Stewards to handle such union business related to the contract as may from time to time be delegated to them by the Union, provided that such activity does not interfere with the work assignment of the Xxxxxxx or other employees. The Union shall notify the Hospital in writing of the name of the duly appointed Xxxxxxx. Bulletin board in the Hospital shall be made available to the Union for the purpose of posting business notices. The Union Representative for the Union or the Xxxxxxx shall have access at all reasonable times to such bulletin board and to such other non-patient, non-public areas to be designated by the Hospital to discharge the employee’s duties as representative of the Union.
STEWARDS AND BULLETIN BOARDS. Section 1. The Union shall have a xxxxxxx or stewards in each department employing Union members whose duties shall be to see that the provisions of this Agreement are observed and to attempt to adjust disputes or differences referred to them by any employee.
Section 2. The Union shall be granted adequate space on the bulletin board in each department having Union employees. The Union may, without requiring approval, post death notices, notices of nominations and elections, and notices of regular or special Union meetings. Other Union notices shall be approved by the Company before they are placed on bulletin boards.
