Still Photographs. Persons appearing in commercials in “stop action” photographs, “squeeze action” photographs, or in photographs involving similar techniques or results, and persons appearing in commercials in still photographs made for any advertising purpose, which photographs as used in the commercial would bring such persons within the definition of the term “principal performer” as provided in Section 6, Persons Covered, shall be entitled to sums equal to session and use fees as provided herein. However, the following types of uses of still photographs are not covered by this Contract:

The materials shall be 35mm in size, and photographs therefrom shall be suitable for publicity and advertising in lithograph and letter press processes and poster art.   • Media No media releases, public announcements or public disclosures relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, including but not limited to promotional or marketing material, shall be made by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Client.

  • Literature The manufacturer/dealer shall furnish price lists, catalogs, and description literature upon request by any using entity, and at no cost to the entity.

  • Artwork Licensee must use the Java Logo(s) only in the exact form of approved camera-ready artwork or electronic artwork received from Oracle or Oracle's designee.

  • GRAPHICS Landlord shall provide and install, at Landlord’s cost, all letters or numerals on entrance doors to the Leased Premises. All such letters and numerals shall be in the Building standard graphics, and no others shall be used or permitted on the Leased Premises.

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.

  • Samples Physical examples of materials, equipment, or workmanship that are representative of some portion of the Work and that establish the standards by which such portion of the Work will be judged.   • Merchandising 15.01. Artist hereby grants G2 the exclusive right to manufacture, sell, license, distribute and exploit, through the Universe and by mail-order and through retail sources of, without limitation, all merchandise or every kind featuring the Artist (name/logo/likeness), during the term of this Agreement.

  • Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.
