Common use of Stock Compensation Clause in Contracts

Stock Compensation. The Executive shall be eligible to participate to the extent and in the manner provided and to receive stock options, restricted stock, stock appreciation rights or other awards under the Holding Company’s 2010 Equity Plan, or any successor or replacement plan, in accordance with the terms of such plan, as the Personnel and Compensation Committee may determine, and which terms may be modified in the discretion of the Personnel and Compensation Committee.

Stock Compensation. The Executive shall be eligible to participate to the extent and in the manner provided and to receive stock options, restricted stock, stock appreciation rights or other awards under any equity plan established by the Holding Company’s 2010 Equity Plan, or any successor or replacement plan, in accordance with the terms of such plan, as the Personnel and Compensation Committee of the Holding Company Board (the "Compensation Committee") may determine, and which terms may be modified in the discretion of the Personnel and Compensation Committee.

Stock Compensation.
