Stocking. (a) TDC shall have the sole responsibility for determining the stocking location and movement of Parts within TDC's facility. It is the responsibility of TDC to monitor, track and control the location of inventories within the custody of TDC.
(b) MANUFACTURER shall issue timely instructions for the disposition of any inventory which is being restricted by MANUFACTURER from sale or normal storage (rejected parts, unidentified parts, etc.)
(c) Parts received in TDC's facility shall be stored ("putaway") in an appropriate storage area and updated in the inventory data base within the time periods set forth in Part A of Exhibit 1. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that TDC cannot maintain "putaway" and "update" requirements because of TDC observed holidays or other shutdowns, TDC shall normalize operations in three (3) workdays for two (2) consecutive shut down days.
Stocking. 5.10.1 Contractor must keep Machines and condiment and utensil stands (see Section 5.4.3) well stocked and keep Machines and any microwave ovens fully operational at all times.
5.10.2 Time and routing of all deliveries must be coordinated with College so as not to interfere with normal College operations.
Stocking. A. The Parties agree that stocking can be a tool used for reestablishing, rehabilitating, and maintaining species within the Lake Superior system.
B. The Parties, through the Biological Committee, may discuss stocking strategies as needed.
C. The State will remove no more than 300,000 lake trout eggs annually from the Gull Island refuge.
Stocking. Distributor shall carry such stock of the Products at each authorized location as may be necessary to meet demand for the same in the Territory.

In order to satisfy any potential need for a sudden increase in Product quantities or for replacement of any returned Products, Supplier agrees to ship to Netrx, xxthin fifteen (15) calendar days (plus the time needed for environmental screenings and other mutually agreed upon Product testing) of a written request, a minimum of [***] percent [***] of the average monthly product requirements as calculated from the [***] rolling forecast. The replenishment period of any inventory shipped pursuant to this Section shall be then applicable component material lead time.
Stocking. 8.5.1 The lessee shall stock the pasture on the land in accordance with the rules of good husbandry generally recognised in the Tararua District and the lessee shall not: overstock the land or depasture more stock than it will reasonably carry.
Stocking. Current policy re salmon is to stock only when populations in a tributary have reached levels from which they are unlikely to be able to recover naturally AND the problem causing the decline has been remedied. There is now very little stocking of trout in the Eden. Most clubs and owners prefer to fish for wild trout and advocate habitat improvement and reduced exploitation to help develop sustainable wild populations.
Stocking. Funky Aardvark C.I.C. agrees to stock your products for the specified time period of the exhibition in accordance to the following terms: All products are supplied on a 100% Sale or Return basis. The products remain the property of The Supplier, named above until one of the following conditions xxxxx.
1) The product is sold by Funky Aardvark CIC, at which point ownership is transferred to the end user.
2) Stock has remained uncollected beyond the exhibition collection date at which point Funky Aardvark CIC may dispose of the work in any way they see fit which may include but is not limited to selling the work to raise money for community projects or disposing of the work as waste.
3) Funky Aardvark CIC may make the decision to allow the artist to pay a storage charge for uncollected work if space is available at the time in question. This charge will be £20 per piece of work for a maximum of 1 week.
Stocking. Funky Aardvark C.I.C. agrees to stock your products in accordance to the following terms: All products are supplied on a 100% Sale or Return basis. The products remain the property of The Supplier, named above until one of the following conditions xxxxx.
1. The product is sold by Funky Aardvark CIC, at which point ownership is transferred to the end user.
2. Stock has remained uncollected for more than 1 Calendar months from the end of the membership period as governed by the contract and necessary notice periods.
Stocking. If Seller to keeps additional goods on hand and in stock for anticipated future purchase orders, or otherwise at Buyer’s request, in the event that this Agreement is terminated, Buyer shall be required to immediately pay Seller for the Price of those goods currently stocked as of the date of termination. This will include any and all custom products stocked for Buyer, as well as any products Buyer has requested Seller to stock.
