Common use of StorageNetworks Indemnity Clause in Contracts

StorageNetworks Indemnity. StorageNetworks shall indemnify and hold GlobalCenter, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, if any, and the respective employees and agents of any of them, harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages and causes of action relating to bodily injury, death, or property damage directly caused by the intentional or negligent acts or omissions of StorageNetworks in the performance or nonperformance by StorageNetworks of this Agreement; provided, however, that StorageNetworks shall not be responsible for injury attributable to the acts or omissions of GlobalCenter, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, if any, or the respective agents and employees of any of them.
