Stormwater Utility User Fees. The Stormwater Utility shall xxxx and collect parcel based Stormwater Utility User Fees from property owners, tenants, or other appropriate parties, pursuant to its authority and subject to any intergovernmental agreements, including this Agreement, and may also apply for, acquire and use any other funding from any public or private source in support of the Stormwater Management Plan as allowed by law.

Stormwater Utility User Fees. Stormwater Utility User Fees shall mean the service fee imposed pursuant to this article for the purpose of funding costs related to stormwater programs, services, systems, and facilities. These fees will be calculated based upon the residential category for a parcel and/or the nonresidential parcel's impervious area and/or the vacant/undeveloped land category, as pursuant to the provisions of Beaufort County Ordinance 2005-33.   • Stormwater Notwithstanding any other provisions or terms of this Agreement, Company acknowledges that certain properties within the Premises or on Authority-owned land are subject to stormwater rules and regulations. Company agrees to observe and abide by such stormwater rules and regulations as may be applicable to the Premises, and, if applicable, Company hereby expressly covenants, warrants, and represents to Authority, in connection with Company’s operations on the Premises, the following:

  • Utility Charges Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all charges for electricity, power, gas, oil, water and other utilities used in connection with the Leased Property.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Local Utility Services XOOM is an independent retail marketer of natural gas and is not affiliated with your local utility. Your local utility will continue to deliver your natural gas, read your meter, send your bill, and make necessary repairs. Your local utility will also respond to emergencies and provide other basic utility services as required. XOOM is not an agent of your local utility and your utility will not be liable for any of XOOM’s acts, omissions, or representations.

  • Transportation Charges The cost of transporting Employees and Material necessary for the Mining Operations.

  • Stormwater Management The Owner agrees that stormwater management measures shall be applicable to the development of the Lands, in a manner which is in accordance with the provisions of The Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.D.17 and amendments thereto, and to the satisfaction of the Municipality's Engineer.

  • Underground Utilities Any required ground digging or subsurface work shall be done in accordance with Chapter 556, Florida Statutes. It shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR to have all underground utilities located before any work begins (Sunshine State One Call 0-000-000-0000). The repairs of any damaged underground utilities as a result of the work being performed by CONTRACTOR shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR. The proper utility company shall be contacted immediately to expedite the repairs, if damage has occurred. CONTRACTOR will notify the COUNTY and provide a written explanation of the incident within two (2) days of the damage to any underground utilities.

  • Electricity Charges The licensee herein shall pay the electricity bills directly for energy consumed on the licensed premises and should submit original receipts to Licensor indicating that the electricity bills are paid.

  • Parking and Transportation ‌ The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings. The Union shall have a standing seat on the University’s committee(s) that work on transportation and parking issues.
