Strategic Membership a) Strategic Membership is the most senior form of organizational membership. It is intended for leading multinational enterprises who believe that full implementation and adoption of open BIM is strategically important to the built asset industry and to their own enterprise and wish to play a strategic role in driving forward its implementation.   • COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP 1. Local representatives on committees specifically established by this Collective Agreement shall be appointed by the local.

  • Membership The Committee shall include nine (9) members - five (5) representatives from CUPE/SCFP and four (4) representatives from the CTA. Up to two (2) advisors from the Ministry of Education shall act in a resource capacity to the committee. Other persons may attend meetings in order to provide support and resources as mutually agreed. Up to one (1) representative from each of the four (4) employee bargaining agencies at the other education workers tables will be invited to participate on the Committee.

  • Career Development The City and the Union agree that employee career growth can be beneficial to both the City and the affected employee.   • Career Development Leave (a) Career development refers to an activity which, in the opinion of the Employer, is likely to be of assistance to the individual in furthering his or her career development and to the organization in achieving its goals.
