Student Assault or Attack on Unit Member. Whenever any unit member is attacked, assaulted, or physically threatened by any student, the unit member shall promptly report the incident to the site administrator, and the unit member and the site administrator shall promptly report the incident to the appropriate law enforcement authority as required by Education Code Sections 44014 and 48902.
