Student Conduct and Discipline. The Charter School shall maintain and implement a written policy regarding student discipline, which policy shall be consistent with due process.

The School shall comply with the School’s discipline policy and all Applicable Law relating to student discipline including, but not limited to, RCW 28A.150.300, 28A.600.015 and 28A.600.022.
