Student Enrollment. 5.1 PISOTA shall serve grades 6-8 in school year 2023-2024 and in subsequent years for the term of this Charter. 5.2 PISOTA shall serve up to 150 students in the 2023-2024 school year and up to 240 students in each subsequent year. Any student enrollment above these levels must be approved in advance of the enrollment by the Superintendent The agreement by the Superintendent to accept an enrollment above these levels in any school year or at any time does not obligate such acceptance in subsequent school years or at other times. 5.3 At no time may student enrollment exceed the maximum number of students approved by the Board, the state, or the county to occupy the school facility. 5.5 PISOTA shall maintain a student-teacher ratio reasonably consistent with its approved Application. 5.6 Students may transfer from PISOTA to another CCPS school or other school or education program at any time. PISOTA shall refer students seeking to transfer out of PISOTA to the CCPS Office of Student Services. Students may not transfer into PISOTA after the first day of the school year without the express permission of the CCPS Office of Student Services, which may allow the transfer in the Superintendent’s sole judgment. 5.7 PISOTA shall ensure that student enrollment information is kept up-to-date. PISOTA shall have access to and use the CCPS Synergy platform (or the current platform as implemented by CCPS during the term of this Charter, hereinafter referred to as “Synergy”) and shall promptly notify the CCPS Office of Student Services of any necessary changes to a student’s name, home address, residency, enrollment status, or other information listed in the platform. PISOTA may not unilaterally change this information in Synergy.
Student Enrollment. Student enrollment for the Skills Center will be reported by the Host District on monthly enrollment reports to OSPI based upon student enrollment hours in the program.

Student Enrollment. Job openings as described in POSTING shall, in all cases, be contingent upon actual enrollment. Employment of employees for summer school positions shall be considered as tentative until such time as sufficient enrollment for the offering of classes is established.

Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx University has obtained approval from Georgia's Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission to open two campuses in the Atlanta area in 2004. EXPANDED ONLINE COURSE OFFERINGS Xxxxxxx University Online is offering 621 online classes in the fall 2003 term, with all academic programs available synchronously and asynchronously. PBS JOINT VENTURE Xxxxxxx University has entered into an agreement with the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) to offer certain PBS courses in the form of continuing education units (CEUs), not for college credit, through Xxxxxxx University Online. Xxxxxxx University Online will be marketed by PBS through its various media and on its web site. Xxxxxxx University will offer the PBS courses starting in January 2004. REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION The Company also reported today the closing of the previously announced sale of its Washington, D.C. campus building which took place during the third quarter for $5.2 million. This building was purchased in the first quarter of 2002 for a total of $3.0 million from an entity affiliated with the Company's former CEO and majority stockholder. The Company will be relocating its Washington, D.C. campus to a larger and newly refurbished, leased facility nearby.
