Student Membership. Students enrolled in the course are required to obtain membership with the AAPC. Instructors must submit a completed AAPC student membership application and Seventy Dollars ($70) student membership fee, or Eighty Five Dollars ($85) for International student membership fee for each student
Student Membership. Consists of full-time students at any educational level. Student members shall be ineligible to vote or hold an elective office.

  • Transfer of Membership Interest The Sole Member may Transfer any part or all of its rights and interest (including, but not limited to, its Capital Account) in the Company (each a “Membership Interest”) now owned or hereafter acquired to any Person, and the transferee of such Membership Interest shall become a Member of the Company.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Member may not transfer any Membership Interest in violation of any provision of this LLC Agreement or in violation of any applicable federal or state securities laws.

  • Membership The Committee shall include nine (9) members - five (5) representatives from CUPE/SCFP and four (4) representatives from the CTA. Up to two (2) advisors from the Ministry of Education shall act in a resource capacity to the committee. Other persons may attend meetings in order to provide support and resources as mutually agreed. Up to one (1) representative from each of the four (4) employee bargaining agencies at the other education workers tables will be invited to participate on the Committee.
