Student Performance. Student performance shall be assessed and evaluated in accordance with the School’s governing laws and rules, the assessment and evaluation provisions of the School’s Approved Application (Appendix 1) and the provisions of this Charter. In addition to evaluating the School’s success in achieving the objectives stated in either the Application, the School Accountability Plan, or the School Improvement Plan, when required, the School shall be held accountable for meeting federal and state student performance requirements, as provided in Sections 1001.02, 1008.33, and 1008.345, Florida Statutes. The School agrees to permit the Sponsor’s personnel to observe the charter school’s operations to assess student performance upon reasonable notice.

Student Performance. The student agrees to attend classes regularly, study diligently, and abide by the rules and regulations of CDAWI. It is understood that failure by the student to attend class regularly, study diligently, or to abide by the rules and regulations of CDAWI, as stated in its catalog, or as otherwise prescribed by CDAWI, now or in the future, verbally or in written form, may result in immediate suspension or termination at the option of CDAWI and CDAWI will not be held responsible for the remaining portion of the course of instruction. It is understood that such rules and regulations to be imposed in the future will be reasonable and proper. REFUNDS - Cancellation must be made in person or by certified mail. All money will be refunded if the applicant is not accepted by the school or if the student cancels within three (3) business days after the enrollment agreement and making initial payment. Cancellation after the third (3rd) business day, but before the first day of class, will result in a refund of all money paid, with the exception of the registration fee. Cancellation after attendance has begun, but prior to 50% completion of the program, will result in a prorated refund computed on the number of hours completed to the total program hours. Cancellation after completing 50% of the program will result in no refund. TERMINATION DATE - The termination date for refund computation purposes is the last date of actual attendance by the student unless earlier written notice is received. Refunds will be made within 30 days of termination or receipt of cancellation notice.
Student Performance a) During the Term, you agree that you will: i) maintain a pass rate of 50% or more for units attempted each semester to remain eligible for the accommodation under this Agreement; and ii) comply with the University’s rules regarding student conduct (published on the University’s website) including the Student Conduct Rule, as amended from time to time. b) If there is any change in: i) your academic status at the University or you do not meet the academic standard set out in clause 13(a)(i); or ii) any of your other circumstances which would affect your ability or eligibility to occupy the Room, you must notify the University and/or Manager (if appointed) within 3 Business Days of such change.

Student Performance. The School agrees to make incremental progress towards meeting state academic standards as defined by the Colorado School Performance Framework, as well as making incremental progress in student academic growth, growth gaps and post-secondary work force readiness. Incremental progress in each of these indicators will be defined as progress sufficient to receive an AEC overall rating of at least “Improvement” by 2018. GOAL Academy will adhere to all requirements of the law to include specific requirements for “Priority Improvement” and “Turn Around” schools as appropriate. GOAL will also establish an annual Unified Improvement Plan (UIP) through the implementation of annual revisited and agreed-upon academic targets, developed through use of the UIP process. In addition to school-wide targets, the School shall develop specific performance targets for identified areas of improvement. In the event that the School does not meet its annually agreed-upon targets, the School must work with the District utilizing the School's interim assessment results, to develop quarterly benchmark targets in addition to the School's UIP targets.
Student Performance. In addition to its grading system HCS shall conduct periodic testing of students according to any educational testing system generally accepted by Oregon school districts. HCS shall participate in the statewide assessment system developed by the Department of Education under ORS 329.485(1). HCS may choose to test more frequently as funding and testing instruments become available. Corrective Action. If periodic testing at any grade level establishes that students are performing at levels lower than the State average (as applicable to the tests used by HCS), HCS shall create a plan for the remediation of the specific areas of deficiency for the student and assess the need for improvement of its teaching effectiveness in the relevant grade levels. HCS may request program evaluation and review from outside organizations or agencies if it is deemed necessary, as funds are available. Student Attendance, Conduct and Discipline: Attendance. HCS shall maintain accurate enrollment data and daily records of student attendance and shall provide these data to the Department of Education and other agencies as mandated by law. Student attendance at HCS shall be in compliance with Oregon's compulsory attendance law ORS 339.001-090.
