Studio Zone. (a) The studio zone shall consist of the following boundaries: (see Appendix H) West: Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Blvd. (#19) North: Hwy #7 – Major Xxxxxxxxx Dr. (#25) – 7th Concession Rd. East: Lake Ridge Rd. (#23) South: The Shoreline, and shall include the Kleinburg Studios (b) When the Producer films on the Toronto Island, call time shall be on set. Transportation back to the Toronto Island Ferry Terminal at the end of the Technician’s workday shall be paid as part of the workday, in conjunction with Article 9.8(b). If the Producer provides transportation back to the designated drop off spot, not more than ten (10) minutes after the end of the Technician’s workday, wrap shall be on set.
Studio Zone. For purposes of this Agreement, the studio zone for commercials is South to Ala Moana Beach Park, East to Lunalilo Home Road, West to the Airport, and North to the Pali Lookout.
Studio Zone. Studio Zone Defined - The studio zone shall be the area within a circle thirty (30) miles in radius from Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx xxx Xx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx. Transportation within the Studio Zone - Except as is otherwise provided herein, with respect to work at any studio zone location, Producer shall either furnish transportation to the employee or, at its option, may require employee to report at such location, in which case it will allow mileage of thirty cents (30¢) per mile computed between the studio and zone location and return to be paid on the employee's pay check that covers the payroll week in which the mileage was incurred. Employee shall not be requested to transport other employees or equipment (other than trade tools). The studio shall have the right to require the employee to report (subject to the same mileage allowance between the studio and the pick-up point) at a pick-up point within the studio zone for subsequent transportation furnished by the studio from such pick-up point to nearby location and return to the pick- up point. Work at another studio is not a "zone location." The IATSE will not unreasonably deny a request for waiver of the mileage allowance for employees who report to a "zone location" which is a regular place of employment for a production. The IATSE will not unreasonably refuse a request from the Producer that employees report to a location which is a reasonable distance beyond the aforementioned thirty (30) mile zone. As to theatrical motion pictures only, the Producer shall not be required to pay a mileage allowance to any employee reporting to a “zone location” within Los Angeles County which is within a ten (10) mile radius from a point to be designated by the Producer. Studio Zone. (a) The studio zone is the area extending forty-five (45) kilometres in all directions from the central point of the Manitoba Legislative Building, or Portage Avenue and Main Street if declared by the Producer prior to the commencement of principal photography. (b) When a Guild Member is required to work at a location inside the boundaries of the studio zone, the Producer agrees to provide adequate parking facilities for private vehicles a reasonable walking distance from such location, otherwise a shuttle system will be provided free by the Producer to transport all Guild Members. (c) For all work by a Guild Member which requires travel to and from any location within the studio zone other than the “report to” location and post Production facility, the Producer shall either provide free transportation or, if the Guild Member agrees to use his own vehicle for this purpose, reimbursement shall be made in accordance with Article MB11.06 (d). For the purposes of this Article MB11.01, such locations and post Production facilities shall be deemed to include, without limitation, editing rooms, cutting rooms, dubbing theatres, music recording studios, labs, optical houses, post-Production related libraries and Motion Picture shooting locations. (d) Working Outside the Studio Zone When working outside the limit of the studio zone, the daily and weekly turnaround shall be computed from the studio zone boundary.

Studio Zone. (a) Studio zone is the area within the boundaries of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Boulevard to Highway 7 to Xxxxxxx 00 to Major Mackenzie to Xxxxxxx 00 to the Seventh Concession to Lakeridge Road (23) to Lake Ontario. The studio zone is deemed to include Xxxxxxxxx Studios, the main street of the Town of Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Estate, XxXxxxxxxx Estate (aka Parkwood Estate) and Toronto Islands. (b) When a Guild Member is required to work at a location inside the boundaries of the studio zone, the Producer agrees to provide adequate parking facilities for private vehicles within a reasonable walking distance from such location, otherwise a shuttle system will be provided free by the Producer to transport all Guild Members. When the Producer opts to provide a shuttle system, the schedule must be convenient for the Guild Member, and the Producer will be responsible for the transportation of the Guild Member’s kit and all-weather gear. (c) For all work by a Guild Member which requires travel to and from any location within the studio zone other than the “report to” location and post production facility, the Producer shall either provide free transportation or, if the Guild Member agrees to use his own vehicle for this purpose, reimbursement shall be made in accordance with Article ON9.06(d). For the purposes of this Article ON9.01, such locations and post production facilities shall be deemed to include, without limitation, editing rooms, cutting rooms, dubbing theatres, music recording studios, labs, optical houses, post production related libraries and Motion Picture shooting locations.
Studio Zone. (a) For the purposes of this Agreement, the Studio Zone shall be considered the area within a circle with a radius of twenty-five (25) kilometres, centred at the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx in the city of Montreal as per Annex 8. "Home Base" shall be the location of the Producer's mailing address within the boundaries of the Studio Zone where the production office is located. In the event that the Producer's "Home Base" is not located inside the boundaries of the Studio Zone, the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxx in the city of Montreal shall be used for the purposes of this Agreement. (b) When a Guild Member is required to work at a location inside the boundaries of the studio zone, the Producer agrees to provide adequate parking facilities for private vehicles at a reasonable walking distance from such location, otherwise a shuttle system will be provided free by the Producer to transport all Guild Members. (c) For all work by a Guild Member which requires travel to and from any location within the studio zone other than the "report to" location and post production facility, the Producer shall either provide free transportation or, if the Guild Member agrees to use his own vehicle for this purpose, reimbursement shall be made in accordance with article 20.6 (c).
