Sub-Loop for Multiunit Tenant Premises Access. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment and upon request by dishNet, Verizon shall provide dishNet with access to Sub-Loop for Access to Multiunit Premises (House and Riser Cable) in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s DTE MA No. 17 Tariff, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern House and Riser Cable, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective. Verizon shall provide dishNet with access to House and Riser Cable in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Verizon shall provide PNG with access to House and Riser Cable in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.

Verizon shall provide Airus with access to House and Riser Cable in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, the Federal Unbundling Rules.
Sub-Loop for Multiunit Tenant Premises Access. 7.1 Upon request by Comcast, Verizon shall provide to Comcast access to the Sub- Loop for Multiunit Premises Access in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, 47 U.S.C. § 251(c)(3) and 47 C.F.R. Part 51.
