Subcontractor Agreements. The Party subcontracting its responsibilities shall ensure that the subcontractors enter into subcontractor agreements corresponding to this Agreement, save for any provisions that are not relevant with regard to the individual subcontractor due to the kind of services being subcontracted.

Copies of Subcontractor Agreements, interagency cooperation arrangements, Memorandums and/or Letters of Understanding shall be maintained and available to RCOoA for review upon request. 7. Service Provider shall monitor subcontractor(s) to ensure compliance with the service provisions and other requirements included in this Agreement, including insurance requirements. 8. Notification of any changes to subcontractors or subcontracted services shall be sent to RCOoA. 9. Agreement funds shall not be obligated for services beyond the ending date of this Agreement.
