Common use of Subcontractor Insurance Coverage Requirements Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor Insurance Coverage Requirements. Consultant shall include all of its subcontractors as insureds under Consultant's own policies, or shall provide County with each of its subcontractor’s separate evidence of insurance coverage. Consultant shall be responsible for verifying that each of its subcontractor complies with the Required Insurance provisions herein, and shall require that each subcontractor name the County and Consultant as additional insureds on the subcontractor’s General Liability policy. Consultant shall obtain County’s prior review and approval of any subcontractor request for modification of the Required Insurance.
