Subcontractor Obligations. Business Associate shall ensure that all of its subcontractors and agents are bound, in writing, by the same restrictions and obligations contained herein, including but not limited to the obligation to implement reasonable and appropriate safeguards to protect the information, whenever the subcontractor creates, receives, maintains, or transmits PHI on behalf of the Business Associate. The Business Associate must obtain Agency approval prior to entering into such agreements.
Subcontractor Obligations. Subscribing Organization shall ensure that all of its subcontractors and agents are bound, in writing, by the same restrictions and obligations contained herein, including but not limited to the obligation to implement reasonable and appropriate safeguards to protect the information, whenever PHI is made accessible to such subcontractors or agents. The Subscribing Organization shall obtain Agency approval prior to entering into such agreements.
Subcontractor Obligations. In addition to any other provisions OPRD may require, Contractor shall include in any permitted subcontract provisions to ensure that OPRD will receive the benefit of subcontractor’s performance as if the subcontractor were Contractor with respect to section 4, Representations and Warranties; section 5, Compliance with Applicable Laws and Standards; section 7, Time is of the Essence; section 9, Insurance; section 11, Indemnification; Limitation of Liability; section 12, Assignment of Antitrust Rights; section 16, Access to Records; section 17, Confidentiality; and section 21, Subcontracts; Assignment; Successors.

Subcontractor Obligations. Healthcare Entity shall ensure that all of its subcontractors and agents are bound, in writing, by the same restrictions and obligations contained herein, including but not limited to the obligation to implement reasonable and appropriate safeguards to protect the information, whenever PHI is made accessible to such subcontractors or agents.
Subcontractor Obligations. 1.1.1 Subcontractor is responsible for ensuring that they and their subcontractors and other vendors meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
1.1.2 Subcontractor is responsible for ensuring that they and their subcontractors and all other vendors satisfy all requirements set forth in the RFA, the Agreement, and the BHBH Program.
1.1.3 Subcontractor shall comply with the terms of the provisions of these Special Real Estate Requirements and fully executed copies of the Agreement and this Attachment F.

The Business Associate shall obtain Agency approval prior to entering into such agreements Access to PHI. Business Associate shall make all PHI and related information maintained by Business Associate or its agents or subcontractors available as soon as practicable following a request for PHI, but within fifteen (15) days, to the extent necessary to fulfill the following obligations: Inspection and Copying. Make the PHI maintained by Associate or its agents or subcontractors in Designated Record Sets available to Agency for inspection and copying to enable Agency to fulfill its obligations under the Privacy Rule, including, but not limited to, 45 CFR § 164.524.
Subcontractor Obligations. To the extent that Provider executes a contract with any other person or entity that in any way relates to Provider’s obligations under this Agreement, Provider shall require that such other person or entity assume the same obligations that Provider assumes under this Agreement, including as applicable, but not limited to, compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations and subregulatory guidance; the certification of the accuracy, completeness and truthfulness of any data submitted to HMSA or CMS; and all other certifications herein required of Provider.
Subcontractor Obligations. Where ETQ authorizes any subcontractor as described in this Section 7:
i. ETQ will restrict the subcontractor’s access to Personal Data only to what is necessary to maintain the Service or to provide the Service to Customer in accordance with the Agreement and this Addendum, and ETQ will prohibit the subcontractor from accessing Personal Data for any other purpose;
ii. ETQ will impose appropriate contractual obligations in writing upon the subcontractor that are no less protective than this Addendum, including relevant contractual obligations regarding confidentiality, data protection, data security and audit rights; and
iii. ETQ will remain responsible for its compliance with the obligations of this Addendum and for any acts or omissions of the subcontractor.
Subcontractor Obligations. 2.1 Subcontractor shall perform the Scope of Work as required by the Contract Documents and shall furnish all materials, labor, supervision, tools, equipment, services, supplies and incidentals and necessary services to fully complete the Scope of Work as described herein.
2.2 Subcontractor shall be responsible for the supervision and direction of the Scope of Work by its employees and any lower tiered subcontractors, suppliers, and materialmen, and shall provide qualified supervisory personnel on site at all times during Subcontractor’s performance of the Scope of Work to carry out this responsibility. Subcontractor shall inform Xxxxxxxxx of the name of each such supervisor who is responsible for overseeing the work who Subcontractor expressly acknowledges shall have the authority to act as Subcontractor’s agent.
2.3 Subcontractor shall hire only qualified individuals supervised by Subcontractor to perform the Scope of Work. Subcontractor shall not engage any subcontractors, suppliers, or materialmen to perform the Scope of Work unless Subcontractor (a) submits a Notice of Intent to Hire (Exhibit E), (b) obtains the prior written consent of Xxxxxx Xxxxx, the President of Limestone, and (c) provides all additional documents and information requested by Limestone to evaluate Subcontractor’s request, including but not limited to insurance certificates, letters of credit, personal guarantees, etc. Neither Limestone’s approval of any such subcontractors, suppliers, or materialmen, nor the performance or failure of such parties to perform shall have the effect of relieving or waiving any of Subcontractor’s duties, liabilities, nor obligations described herein. Subcontractor shall at all times be and remain fully liable hereunder for the performance of the Scope of Work pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2.4 Subcontractor shall investigate the identification, references, and qualifications of all Subcontractor’s employees and those of any lower tiered subcontractors engaged by Subcontractor to perform the Scope of Work; Subcontractor shall not employ, hire or engage any person to work for Subcontractor at the job site who has been convicted of a felony involving physical violence, weapons or narcotics possession, criminal mischief, theft or dishonesty, and shall not employ, hire or engage any person to work for the Subcontractor at the job site who is not authorized to live and be employed in the United States of America.
