Common use of Subcontractor/Supplier Insurance Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor/Supplier Insurance. Unless otherwise agreed by Owner, the Contractor shall include in each subcontract and purchase order it enters into provisions and insurance requirements not less favorable to Owner than those contained in this Article 12.2 except that the umbrella / excess liability insurance may have a limit of $5,000,000 and the Professional Liability Insurance may have a limit of $4,000,000.
