Subcontractor/Supplier Lien Claims. The Developer shall cause the General Contractor to indemnify, hold harmless (including attorney's fees and legal expenses) and defend the Owner and the Owner's lenders, if any, from and against any assertion of lien claims by subcontractors, sub-subcontractors, material or equipment suppliers and against any assertion of security interests by suppliers of goods or materials.
