SUBJECT AND SCOPE. This Agreement regulates the conditions related to the lease services (hereinafter "Services") offered through the BinBin BH mobile application and the rules of use of the application. If the USER does not accept the terms set forth in this Agreement, the USER will not be able to access and use the Services. In the event that the USER accesses the services through the application, it is assumed that all the terms of this Agreement that establish a contractual relationship between the USER and the SERVICE PROVIDER are accepted and approved. This Agreement supersedes previous agreements and arrangements between the CONTRACTING PARTIES. In chronological order, the last agreement approved by the USER cancels the previous agreement. This Agreement must be carefully read by the USER who in any way visits and/or uses the BinBin BH website or mobile application before using the mobile application. READ THESE TERMS

SUBJECT AND SCOPE. Equipment Division hereby appoints Hawker as its sole source for all repair, overhaul and exchange work whether warranty or otherwise (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Work") of all Equipment Division manufactured equipment (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Equipment"). Hawker's sole rights pursuant to this Article 1 shall be for aircraft operated only in the territories of North, Central and South America, including the Caribbean (hereinafter referred to as the "Territory"). Further, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Equipment Division hereby appoints Hawker as the sole distributor and sole source for Equipment in the Territory.

SUBJECT AND SCOPE. 2.1 RWS shall process Personal Data under the Agreement only as a Processor acting on behalf of Client (whether the Client is a Controller or is itself a Processor on behalf of third party controllers). RWS agrees that it will process Personal Data in accordance with Client’s documented instructions for the sole purpose of providing the Services as described in the Agreement(s) and Exhibit 1. 2.2 Client shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality and legality of Personal Data and the means by which Client acquired Personal Data. Client’s instructions for the Processing of personal Data shall comply with Data Protection Laws. Client is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents, licenses and approvals for the collection and Processing of any Personal Data. Client shall inform RWS accurately and without undue delay about the revocation of consent or any Data Subject request to access, correct or delete its Personal Data or if a Data Subject objects to the Processing thereof. 2.3 RWS and the Client shall comply with the Data Protection Laws applicable to it in connection with this DPA and shall not cause the other party to breach any of its obligations under Data Protection Laws. 2.4 Where the GDPR and or UK DPA apply RWS undertakes to comply with the provisions of GDPR Article 28 assisting the Client as required. 2.5 RWS will not sell the Personal Data. RWS is not permitted to collect, retain, use, or disclose Personal Data for its own purposes or for the purpose of any third party, firm, or enterprise (including Affiliates).

SUBJECT AND SCOPE. (1) By Decision No. 554/2014/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the participation of the Union in the Active and Assisted Living Research and Development Programme jointly undertaken by several Member States ("xxx xxxxx xxx"), the Union has decided to make a financial contribution to the Active and Assisted Living Research and Development Programme jointly undertaken by several Member States ("the AAL Programme"). The maximum Union financial contribution shall amount to ELJR 175 million for the duration of Horizon 2020. (2) Participating States have declared their participation in the AAL Programme and committed their financial contribution for the AAL Programme to the Union, represented by DG Communications Networks, Content and Technology (DG Connect). (3) Participating States have established the AAL Association, an international association under Belgian law, as the dedicated implementation structure for the AAL Programme. (4) According to the basic act, the financial contribution of the Union shall be managed by the AAL Association, as dedicated implementation structure, in the framework of indirect centralised management pursuant to the relevant provisions of Financial Regulation No. 966/2012. In the Delegation Agreement no. 30-CE-0688218/00-46 between the Commission and the AAL Association ("the Delegation Agreement") pursuant to Article 7 of the basic act, detailed arrangements are lay down for the indirect centralised management. (5) The present agreement constitutes the administrative agreement concluded between the AAL Association as dedicated implementation structure of the AAL Programme and the designated national funding body for membership in the AAL Association and as responsible for the joint management of the AAL Programme. National funding bodies shall take the appropriate measures to meet the provisions of this agreement. (6) If the national funding body delegates the execution of the agreement to another entity, it nevertheless remains fully responsible towards the AAL Association for compliance with the stipulations of this agreement.
